In Memoriam of  Sergeant Christopher Eneny 

 On August 24, 1984, Sergeant Chris Eney died in the line of duty. His was the first line-of-duty death in the history of the USCP.

August 24, 2013 marks the 29th anniversary of the line of duty death of Sergeant Christopher Sherman Eney.

  I t is my sad duty to announce the death of Retired OfficerCarl Leslie McGraw

Retired USCP Officer Carl Leslie McGraw internment services will be held on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 0900 hours at Arlington National Cemetery.

Officer McGraw passed away on March 9, 2012. Officer McGraw served the United States Capitol Police from June 18, 1971, until his retirement on June 30, 1992.



  I t is my sad duty to announce the death of Retired Officer Robert Charles Ruggieri, Sr.

 on Saturday, May 25, 2014. Retired Officer Ruggieri served with the U.S. Capitol Police from March 27, 1972 through April 30, 1992.

Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are extended to his family.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, November 17, 2014 at Arlington National Cemetery
